Important Note : The Reserve Bank of India vide its recent notification has increased the minimum threshold limit for Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) customer transactions from INR 100,000 to INR 200,000 with effect from November 15, 2010.

In case your password or user id has been disabled

1. For NON ICICI users or partners, if ID is locked due to three incorrect attempts in NRISR EH portal, kindly raise unlock ID request in LAM internet portal(https://lam.icicibank.com)
2. For NON ICICI users or partners, if you havw forgot password, kindly raise reset password request in LAM internet portal(https://lam.icicibank.com)
3. For ICICI users, if ID is locked due to three incorrect attempts in NRISR EH portal, please use unlock ID request in LAM internet portal(https://lam.icicibank.com)
4. For ICICI users, if NT ID is locked or you have forgot NT ID password, kindly unlock ID or reset your NT ID password from the link: https://adselfservice.icicibankltd.com/authorization.do or by logging a call in IT Helpdesk (IT Process management -> Active Directory-Modify -> Forgot password or Unlock AD-NT Login ID)
